By creating an account or using NoForm (noform.dev), you agree to these terms. If you're using NoForm on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

NoForm provides a hosted implementation of the auth.md protocol that lets AI agents sign your users up for your application. You are responsible for the apps you create and the use of your API keys.

• Don't use NoForm to provision accounts for people without a legitimate basis, or to send unsolicited email.
• Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, caps, or abuse controls.
• Don't use the service to violate any law or third-party right.

We may suspend apps or accounts that abuse the service or threaten its integrity.

Free and paid plans are offered. Paid plans are billed securely through our billing provider. Caps and limits depend on your plan and may change with notice.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoForm is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
